Our Mission
Our mission is to help people, churches, and organizations discover and live out their God-crafted design. We do this through a process that leads people to realize that everyone has a design, help them discover their design, and then motivate and equip them to live out that design. Through our Christian counseling center we help people to healing and wholeness through the broken areas of their design. We are designed for relationships and the goal of the Center is to equip people to make all of their relationships everything God designed them to be.
The Process

The opening words of the Bible make the assumption that there is a God. To discover and live your design, you must start here.
- Discover your design
So you have a design, but what is it? We help guide you through a proven process to help you discover your design by examining how God is at work in all areas of your life. It's not a personality profile or spiritual giftedness test, but an exciting journey through the stories of your life to help you see how God's been crafting your design.
- Live your design
Once you know your design, we help you live that out, because when you do, you'll be filled with the energy to take on anything for God so that He is glorified and you are satisfied!

Dr. John Hawkins
John’s design involves motivating people to live out their design by getting them involved in discovering and using their giftedness. His satisfaction comes from encouraging others to live out their full life potential. It is this passion that played a role in the founding of The Center For Life Design. John serves as the founder, and president of the Center. He also serves there as a biblical counselor along with continuing to pastor. John believes life is about relationships and refers to the Center’s staff as the “relationship people.” His passion is to help people to maximize both their personal and professional relationships to become all God meant for them to be.
Judith Madison, Ph.D
Judith is a Christian psychologist with 25 years of clinical experience in marriage preparation, divorce prevention, divorce recovery, communication skills training and general marital conflict resolution. In addition, she works with families and clients suffering from addictions, mood disorders, sexual abuse and codependency. For older clients, she assists with issues of retirement, aging, life transitions and the emotional components of illness and disability.
Donella Gallo
Donella's design involves encouraging growth and development in people by providing information and opportunities in their giftedness. Her satisfaction comes from watching someone who has no purpose or possibly no direction learn through new eyes as they discover their design.
Pastor Jared Hawkins
Jared's design is that of enhancement. His satisfaction comes from taking the truth of Scripture and enhancing how it is communicated so that people have those "I get it!" moments. It is this passion that played a role in the founding of Live Your Design.
